not feeling the least bit pregnant

I don't feel pregnant. The transfer was five days ago. I keep reading all these blogs about women who just knew they were pregnant immediately. I have no signs. Warning...this might be too much information for some...I had my usual discharge this morning. I shouldn't be getting a discharge if I'm pregnant should I? My boobs don't hurt. Nothing. I have to wait until March 5th for my test since I don't get a regular period. Or will I get a period now since I just had IVF? Does anyone have any insight?

Additionally, my husband is "depressed". He took the poor sperm morphology diagnosis really hard.

I felt like AF was on the verge of showing up Any Minute. I was crampy, tired, cranky, had a back ache, was sore boobed. In fact, the only 'sign', and a rare one, apparently, was my sudden aversion to certain foods for no reason at all (like eggs). Oh, and I felt like I was coming down with something, too, with added nausea. I never connected any of this with being pregnant, though! POAS'd 11dpt, came back negative. Went to the ER a few hours later, beta was 72.

My regular discharge has never stopped.

I think if you're not pregnant, you'll get a regular period - but you might get implantation spotting, too. I didn't, but every woman is different. If you get your a heavy flow, it's probably going to be a period, but it might be worth having a beta and/or continuing progesterone anyway until you have a beta, just to be on the safe side.

I had no real symptoms before my positive. Sure, I made some up, but I had them every month before too ;)

And I think it depends on how you react to the progesterone if you'll get your period. I do not bleed while I'm on that, but other people do. How did you react to it with your IUI's?

Had some AF cramps toward testing date, but 5dp5dt I swore it failed. Cried in bathroom at work etc.
Symptoms come and go and some are from pio.

Best of luck to you!!

It's so early for you! I wouldn't stress out yet!

The only indication that I had that I might be pregnant was having a dream of my embryos (with faces - I know...weird) burrowing themselves into my lining. I'm a pretty rational person though, so I tried not to pay any attention to that!

I still have normal DC and my boobs only hurt b/c of the PIO shots...are you on anything since the transfer? That could create or stifle symptoms! Good luck and try to take it easy...I know...just about impossible.

My wife didn't feel pregnant at all until about a day before the test. Don't worry about it.
As for your husband, I can sympathize. I had low sperm counts, and it's very degrading for a guy. Please tell him I had a similar issue, and that you do come to terms with it. It doesn't make you any less of a man, it's just the same as having any other organ not working properly. Would you say a diabetic is less of a person? Of course not, and this is the same thing.
That may not sound right, I don't know, but just tell him not to get so down over it. I'm sure you guys will have healthy kids!

My boobs hurt one day before the test. And I was really tired but it could have been the stress of the IVF. Some women have no symptoms whatsoever, so don't worry! If you do bleed, DO NOT PANIC, it could be embryo implanting in your womb. I know, it sounds crazy but it does happen.

I felt exactly the same this past cycle as I did during all my failed ones. I didn't feel any different. In fact, on the morning of my beta, I was 99.9% positive that the cycle did not work because I had spotting that was exactly like the spotting I would get each and every month right before AF! I was going to POAS that morning and didn't bother because I didn't want to see yet another negative test. So lack of symptoms doesn't mean anything - you're still in the game!
