I don't really know anything about this but sounds like to me you've got a chance of having four babies : ) Keep your chin up, all will be well. You're on my baby prayer list and I have a near perfect record so far!
Actually, that's pretty good! High egg counts don't necessarily translate into high fertilization counts, so it's really good that almost all of the decent eggs did fertilize. Now, what's the most important s how they grow over the next day or two. Me, I'm hoping you've got great cell growth!
It's better than nothing, right? I know it's disappointing to hear you have 9 less than you thought, but to have 4 fetilized eggs is fantastic. Yeah, some women get more and some women get less. In this, you have to do your best to not compare.
Just know that you have 4 little eggs that fertilized and are growing as much as they can. How many embies will you choose to transfer if all four make it to day3 or day5?
4 is great! The big question is how many develop well. I've been in the doctor's office when people only got 1 or 2, so you're doing fine - don't fret it. Remember, all you need is one!

80% of fertilized eggs ain't bad...just try to be patient to see how they grow over the next few days...you may be surprised!
